I work at the intersection of data, AI, and organizational systems — not as discrete disciplines, but as a single, interdependent structure.
Over decades of practice across economics, technology, and organizational design, I have developed a sustained interest in how organizations learn — or fail to. The patterns that emerge across industries and technological transitions are more consistent than most expect: when structure is weak, even powerful tools produce noise.
My work is grounded in the conviction that data precedes AI. How decisions are made, what data governs them, and how systems are designed to compound learning over time — these questions matter more than which tools are in use.
